This is a horrible company. I called ahead of my trip to cancel and have tried several times to get my money back but the customer service reps and the tour company refuses to return my money or even give me credit for a future trip. Please note that the company does not care at all about taking precautions about COVID. A very irresponsible, dishonest, and rude company. Avoid this company if at all possible!

My first trip to Paris, so I wanted to mix self-exploration with some guided tours. Viator had a good selection and their brand name was familiar to me from a trip I took to DC once. I wasn't able to buy Eiffel Tower lift tickets directly so I decided to buy an Eiffel Tower tour which included lift tickets. We met our guide on a side street in front of a souvenir shop. She guided us through the two security steps so that part went easily. She gave us a 20-minute tour from the second floor observatory and she was informative and entertaining.

Great experience with Antonio, the guide and the Patrick, the driver.

Everything was perfect!
Antonio is professional and well prepared with that sprinkle of irony that made our tour between the Cliff of Moher and Galway a very pleasant experience.
He provided hundreds of useful advises on restaurants, clubs, towns and hidden places to discover. I very much appreciated that.


I want to also add that I felt in safe hands with the driver Patrick who drove us along very difficult and narrow road with attention.
The bus was clean and very well maintained.

My experience is more than positive!

I booked a nile cruise twice (different providers) both times the provider has messaged me saying that my selected date is not actually available. Why does viator allow me to book a date when there is no cruise that day? Quite annoying as the first provider took a while to inform us so we had already booked flights and all....

We loved Cheryl. She picked us up exactly on time and actually was a little bit generous with her time and dropped us off wherever we wanted. She was an excellent guide and was very informative.
She gave us time by ourselves just to explore but she also kept us on tour. She was very friendly and we learned a lot.

I got a tour bus for the giants causeway experience in Belfast. The bus never showed up, me and seven other people were waiting for it in the area where the app said to wait and it never came. Luckily I had a family member last minute took us to the locations I booked. Thanks for scamming me.

Utterly useless ..do not use this company.. changed our bookings so we would have to get a taxi more than half way to our destination to be picked up did this with less that 24 hour notice and won't give a refund, won't answer the phone won't answer emails .. keep the £56 you're welcome to it ... and hopefully when people read this review it will cost you a whole lot more in trade
Absolutely useless

Booked a trip to walk the city walls If Dubrovnik, email says “Dubrovnik city admission ticket” , but it’s not, it is a voucher you need to redeem the ticket from a location that wasn’t open when we arrived. Very misleading and not clear when booking , plus to rub salt into the wound actually cheaper to buy a ticket on the day from the entrance which we had to do ,would not recommend using this company , expensive and misleading , very poor

The tour Athens in a day was very informative and we were able to see a lot of Athens and .ore of its touristic attractions then if we had gone on our own. The guide Anastasia was marvellous and so knowledgeable.
It was a bit unfortunate that they could not pick up us at our lodging.

Since it is almost off season in Europe, the Viator tour we booked for Mont St. Michel in late October possibly wouldn't have enough people to happen. The staff at Viator suggested a different day within our stay that definitely would work. And made the change easy. I am very grateful.
